Poppins & Wayne BV, based in Belgium, acts as the data controller for data collected through this survey, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
This survey is intended to collect anonymous feedback and non-personal insights for research, evaluation, design, or improvement purposes.
Survey data is used exclusively to analyze aggregated responses and generate anonymized insights. Individual participants are never identified.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. By submitting responses, participants acknowledge that they have been informed not to submit personal data.
Poppins & Wayne BV cannot be held liable for personal data submitted against instructions, inaccurate responses, or consequences arising from misuse of the survey outside its intended purpose.
